Moving into fun methods of print, this looked at a personal interst of mine drawing into a printed process.
This zine explored some interesting, quick-paced facts into tigers, leaving an end message of raising awareness to their endangerment. The zine allowed for the piece to feel quick and fun, it peaks interests whilst not feeling forced with commercial-based products.
I decided to print this zine through a risograph printer. This allowed for the piece to feel textured as well as bright with colours. This allows for the challenge of a limited-coloured design. It allows for an understanding in strength towards two contrasting colours. All together acting as a fun, unique piece. Its striking through its limited colours and conveys a strong message through means which aren’t commericla. It feels intimiate and personal through both the print and style.
